Mint winters day OOTD & new cross bracelet

For those of you who follow me on Twitter or Instagram, you would have already seen my picture post of two bargains I picked up in the H&M sale last week. I was quickly popping into my local store buy some socks (of all necessities) and got distracted by the sales racks where I found this lovely cropped mint knitted jumper for only £15! Even though it's now winter and you might see mint as more of a spring colour I see no reason why to shy away from brightening my winter days with colourful outfits. This is me in my new jumper on Sunday, where I combined the mint jumper with my favourite bright pink winter wooly snood scarf.

To keep warm I paired it with my super snug tan UGG boots!

I have also been meaning to show you this new fine side cross bracelet that I got from ASOS a few weeks back. It is from their ASOS collection and you can get it in silver, gold and rose gold. It looks more gold in this photo but mine is the rose gold one.

I was back home (yet again!) this weekend to celebrate St Nicolas with my family. It is my favourite Dutch tradition because it is an evening full of laughs, presents and the most yummy St Nicolas treats!

I definitely indulged in a fair amount of Speculaas this weekend....

Winging it!

Mid-week again already, my days are just flying by at the moment! Winter has officially arrived in London….shorter, darker and colder days (brrr), Christmas lights appearing all over the city and the shops are filling up with decorations, Christmassy foods and presents making the annual Christmas ‘stress’ rapidly creep upon me. Do you get those little freak out moment's once in a while where you wonder where the months go?

Luckily......

 

Also I received my new quilted stud iPhone case that I picked up in the ASOS sale recently (link).

Hey everyone! I'm Anna from AnnaSaccone.com and I'm so happy to be guest posting on Roz's blog today! 

I thought I would do something that is a regular feature on both of our blogs -- an outfit of the day post! I am always inspired by Roz's style so hopefully you guys will like mine too ;)

My fiancé and I recently moved into our new house, so this is what I wore furniture shopping today. 

The style is quite inspired by the masculine trend, with boyfriend jeans from ASOS, a boyfriend blazer by Zara and my favourite oversized Phosphor watch. I just bought these sandals from New Look and they are sooo comfy - yay! 

I'm also wearing a simple white tank top from ASOS, my name necklace, crystal stud earrings and a brown leather Modalu London satchel with silver hardware. Oh, and I totally posed for these pictures in a flowerbed -- haha, yup I'm classy like that!

Roz: Great outfit Anna. LOVE your watch and every-time you wear that blue blazer I go 'I want, I want' :) I really like the boyfriend masculine trend too but I am not sure I could pull it off....maybe you will inspire me to buy some boyfriend jeans Anna! Happy Monday darlings!

I hope you all had a nice weekend? I certainly enjoyed the sunshine we had in London yesterday! I actually had to rummage around my room to find my sunglasses ☀ So are you as tempted by the new year sales, as I have been? I picked up this very dark blue dotted dress at ZARA back in Holland and wore it to work on Friday. Here is my OOTD:

I got so many compliments on the dress, so am really glad I got it. Plus it was a fab little bargain at only €16.95. I teamed it with a black ZARA cardigan, black tights, a black leather belt and black ankle boots by ALDO. MakeUp wise I'm wearing MAC Knight Divine eyeshadow, one of my all time faves!

My very 1st ASOS purchase!

When I was in London I met up with a gorgeous girlfriend of mine. And while we were having drinks & dinner I just couldn't stop checking out and admiring her GORGEOUS handbag. I just loved it.
She told me it was an ASOS purchase & at the pretty small cost of only £29, I could hardly believe it because it looked so expensive and fabulous! So...I will be honest....I ended up going to ASOS.com & finding the bag...and then I couldn't resist the "add to Bag" button! Sorry my dear Kate, I admit it, I am a complete copycat! But I hope you can see it as a compliment, because you are SO super stylish :) ♥

This was my first ever ASOS purchase & I was so excited when it arrived! Gosh online shopping is so much fun! Lo and behold here it is my beautiful new bag:
