Confessions of a Shopaholic

As a self confessed shopaholic, I recently started reading the "Shopaholic" book series by Sophie Kinsella. I have always been a fan of fun/trashy/girly books by Sophie Kinsella and writers like Marian Keyes etc.

I have just finished reading the first one of the series "Confessions of a Shopaholic" They made a movie of this book in 2009 with Isla Fisher which I thought was quite cute.

Now that I have read the book it turns out the book and movie are very different. I think the book is a lot better (which is normally the case when they turn books into movies)


Am about to start the next one in the series "Shopaholic takes Manhattan". Can't wait to see what happens to Becky in this one :)

PS: Other books I have read by Sophie Kinsella are "Remember Me" & "The Undomestic Goddess". I both fully recommend these for a fun read!
